These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Aurelia Travertine Media S.r.l., a company registered in Italy under number IT-09847213 with registered office at Via dei Coronari 148, 00186 Roma RM, Italy ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website cleverpocketbrowsng.living and all associated content, features and services (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
The Site is an independent editorial publication. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, booking platform, package organiser or intermediary within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel. We do not sell, reserve, hold, broker or guarantee accommodation, restaurant tables, transport or any other travel service. We hold no inventory and take no payment from readers.
All reservations are made by you, directly with the relevant hotel or restaurant, on that provider's own website or by telephone, and are subject exclusively to that provider's terms, rates, cancellation policy and availability. We are not party to any contract you form with a hotel and bear no responsibility for its performance.
We invest considerable effort in accuracy. Hotels are visited in person, rates are checked against the properties' published direct-booking channels, and pages are reviewed at least twice each year. Nevertheless, the hospitality sector changes constantly: rates fluctuate daily and by demand, room categories are renamed or refurbished, restaurants change chefs and lose or gain awards, facilities close for maintenance, and ownership transfers.
All rates, room dimensions, facility descriptions, opening times, awards and walking distances published on the Site are indicative only and are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You must verify all material details directly with the provider before making any booking or travel decision. If you find an error, please tell us at [email protected].

Breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Italian and European law, and we will report serious breaches to the competent authorities and cooperate fully with them, including by disclosing your identity where lawfully required.
All text, editorial assessments, comparison tables, ratings methodology, layout, graphic design, source code, logotypes, iconography and compiled data on the Site are owned by or licensed to Aurelia Travertine Media S.r.l. and are protected by Italian Law No. 633/1941 on copyright, the EU Copyright Directive (EU) 2019/790, and applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and to view, download and print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial travel-planning purposes. This licence does not permit you to republish, redistribute, sell, licence, sub-licence, systematically copy, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the Site.
Photographic material is supplied under licence from third-party providers, principally Unsplash, and remains the property of the respective photographers. Hotel names, restaurant names, logos and trade marks — including but not limited to Six Senses, Dorchester Collection, Rocco Forte Hotels, Hassler Roma, Palazzo Manfredi and Small Luxury Hotels of the World — are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and editorial commentary only. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any commercial relationship.

The Site contains hyperlinks to external websites, including the official booking pages of the hotels we review. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify that we endorse the linked site. We have no control over the content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices of external sites and accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We specifically disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be free from errors, defects, viruses or interruption, nor that any defect will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Italian or EU law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or opportunity; loss or corruption of data; or any loss arising from your reliance on rates, availability, facility descriptions or other indicative information published on the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed one hundred euro (€100).
Because we are not party to your booking, we are not liable for any act or omission of a hotel, restaurant, transport operator or other third-party supplier, including overbooking, closure, refurbishment, change of management, refusal of service, injury, illness or loss of property occurring on their premises.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aurelia Travertine Media S.r.l., its directors, officers, employees and contractors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your use presents a security or operational risk, or if we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability to you. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or regulatory guidance. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you access the Site, and the "last updated" date will reflect any revision. Material changes will be flagged with a notice on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Rome, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We undertake to acknowledge within five working days and to respond substantively within thirty days.
Where informal resolution fails, consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are also willing, without obligation, to participate in mediation before an accredited Italian mediation body (Organismo di Mediazione) registered with the Ministry of Justice.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of it. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor entity. Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Language. These Terms are published in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
